Elon’s is not responsible if a kennel is too large for an airplane or if an airline doesn’t accept wooden kennels. The client is responsible for ensuring the airline can accommodate the size of he kennel. Elon’s is not responsible for a kennels denial when a client/ customer provides the measurements. We are not liable if given INCORRECT measurements, incorrect breed or health information. We can guarantee our kennels will meet IATA standards if given all the correct information. It is the clients responsibility to contact their chosen airline to verify any and all kennel requirements. You must ensure your dog can turn around and does not touch the top of the kennel 3 days before flight. If the client purchases a kennel for international travel without notifying Elons of the airline ,Elon’s is not responsible if the kennel is denied. Our International kennels are built larger than domestic kennels to accommodate several airlines that require kennels are larger than kennels for domestic flights.
